We have a fully stocked bar offering a variety of beverages, including hot drinks, soft drinks, and alcoholic options. You can also add a special touch by pre- ordering welcome drinks or bottles of wine for your tables. Please ask for our pre-order list. Guests may bring their own wine or prosecco with prior corkage payment. The corkage fee is £10 per wine bottle and £14 per prosecco. No other drinks are allowed on board.

While the skipper’s microphone is reserved for emergency and commentary use, you may borrow a microphone from any DJ or live band booked for your event. Otherwise, we suggest bringing a hands-free microphone if needed.

Boarding begins 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. The exact location will be confirmed at the time of booking, and a map with parking and travel information will be provided.

Unless otherwise arranged, the bar operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, accepting both cash and card payments. You may also set up a tab, payable before disembarkation.

Our cruises typically cover the stretch of river between Clifton and Naburn. The route depends on the length of your cruise, time of day, and river conditions. For a 3-hour charter, we can reach Naburn Locks; shorter cruises remain closer to the city and scenic countryside.

Yes, you can bring your own music via a phone, tablet, or MP3 player to be played through our sound system. You will need an aux cable or an adapter for your device, as we do not currently offer Bluetooth or USB connections. Please create a playlist in advance and be prepared to leave the device with the captain.
