Due to ongoing operational issues, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Evening Dinner cruises from July 1st 2022 inclusive – while we know this is disappointing, we hope you can understand the steps we’re taking to ensure that we provide a top-class service reflective of the City Cruises brand. Tuck into a delicious selection of treats whilst the stunning riverside of the city of York passes you by!

Enjoy a delightful ninety-minute cruise towards the grand Bishopthorpe Palace, the official residence of the Archbishop of York. Along the way your Captain will point out a host of interesting stories from York’s colourful past alongside a mix of relaxing background music to accompany your cruise.

During your cruise you will be served a seriously-tempting selection of dainty handmade sandwich fingers, fruit scone with your choice of preserve & cream and delicious desserts and sweet treats - served with refillable tea/coffee!

Dietary Requirements

Please indicate if you have any special dietary requirements, including allergies, when booking your cruise.

Although we make every effort to cater to allergies and intolerances, there is always a small risk of cross contamination in our on-board kitchen.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrive on time! The boat will leave promptly at the stated time - late passengers will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of their ticket.

Our Dining Cruises are a place to relax and unwind, and although we ask for a ‘smart casual' dress code we equally encourage guests to dress as comfortable and as smart as you feel.
