If you have an experience booked and must self-isolate due to either a registered and confirmed COVID test, NHS Track and Trace, or if the UK government\/overseas travel restrictions prevent you from fulfilling your experience, you can amend to a later date administration-fee free.<\/p>\n

If you need to move a booking, please get in touch with our customer service team by emailing customercomments@citycruises.com<\/a> with full details and one of our friendly advisors will be able to help amend your booking. If you wish to cancel your experience, this will be in line with our normal terms and conditions.<\/p>\n If you have booked a private hire then the same flexible terms apply.
