Know Before You Book

• This tour is in English.
• This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty. This tour has lots of stairs during the itinerary. 
• Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers. 
• While high tide may prevent access to certain parts of the tour, we’ll adjust the route to prioritize your safety and comfort. Please note that refunds cannot be provided in these cases.
• Access to St. Mark’s Basilica and/or the Doge’s Palace may occasionally be restricted due to private events, which are beyond our control. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for these situations, but we appreciate your understanding.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather (heavy rain, strong wind, high tide) or operational and safety concerns affecting the gondola ride, we may substitute it with an alternative experience. While refunds aren’t possible in these cases, we’ll do our best to ensure you have a wonderful experience.
