Ideal for those who want to understand more about a quintessentially English event, on this tour you’ll discover the significance of the military symbols and traditions packed into every facet of what they do.
Later, take in a bird’s eye view of the city from two platforms situated at the very top of the tallest building in London, the Shard. The viewing galleries, one indoor and one outdoor, have floor to ceiling windows on all four aspects of the building and give an incredible 360° vista out over London and beyond. Sitting on the River Thames above London Bridge Station the Shard is easily accessible and the perfect place to spot the city’s historic landmarks.

Changing of the Guard & Buckingham Palace
- Our group tour utilizes multiple areas that are not wheelchair accessible/mobility friendly. Those with wheelchairs and mobility issues should contact us so we can arrange your visit.
- The Changing of the Guard ceremony does not take place every day and is dependent on weather. On days the ceremony is not taking place, we will watch the Changing of the Queen's Life Guard (Horse Guards Parade).
- This tour visits the sites listed from the exterior.
The View from the Shard
- Wheelchair accessible.
- Children aged three and under do not require a ticket to visit.
- No outside food and beverages are permitted.
- No large bags, and backpacks, or other large equipment over the size of 22 x 15 x 8 inches (55 x 38 x 20 cm) are permitted and you will not be able to store these items whilst you are visiting the viewing platforms.
- Folded strollers/pushchairs can be left in the designated area in the booking hall for free but bags and coats cannot be left with them.
