Alcatraz City Cruises is offering a “Buy One, Get One Free” (BOGO) ticket promotion to all California residents for the Alcatraz Day Tours! This special “Buy One, Get One Free” ticket promotion is available only to California residents on select 2024 – 2025 dates.

How to Book Your Tickets Online

  1. Select Tickets: 

      The BOGO promotion only applies to the following dates: 

    • December 3-5, 10-12 
    • January 6-8, 14-16, 21-23, 28-30 
    • February 4-6, 11, 13, 18-20, 25-27 
    • March 4-6

2. Select your desired date and time for our Day Tours based on the available BOGO dates.

    • Add a minimum of two tickets to your cart to qualify for the BOGO promotion. 
    • Verify Residency and Eligibility: 
      • Confirm that you are a California resident as this promotion is exclusively for California residents. 
    • Provide Required Information: 
      • During checkout, enter your email address to receive booking confirmation. 
      • Input your California zip code, ensuring it matches the billing address associated with your credit or debit card. 

3. Complete Payment: 

    • Proceed to checkout and finalize your payment. 
    • The discount will be applied automatically when all eligibility criteria are met. 
    • Note: If the promotion does not apply at checkout, it may be due to an invalid zip code that does not meet the requirements for this offer. 

4. How to Redeem Your Tickets on the Day of Your Tour 

  • Check-In Requirements: 
    • Upon arrival at the landing, visit the ticket booth to redeem your tickets. 
    • Present a valid California ID that matches the name provided during booking. 
  • Ensure Consistency of Information: 
    • The name and address on your booking must match the details on your California ID. 

5. Forfeiture Policy: 

    • If the provided information does not match, the free ticket will be forfeited, and only the purchased ticket will be honored.
