Getting to the dock -- there are three potential options to access the dock for boarding:
- Ramp access between the City Cruises Ticket Booth and Rio City Cafe - the steepness of the ramp varies by season and water level
- Stairs access is located to the right of Rio City Cafe
- Elevator access located at the Delta King *City Cruises does not operate this elevator and cannot guarantee its operation
- Paid public parking garages are available.
- Advanced reservations are recommended. Purchases at the on-site ticket booth in Old Sacramento are accepted by credit card only and based on availability.
