We are proud of our excellent safety and sanitation track record and always operate and maintain a rigorous process around cleanliness and hygiene. So, while you can still expect the same high standards and welcoming service, here are the extra steps we are taking to keep everyone healthy.

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic we have implemented several new safety measures including new entry and boarding requirements, including; Timed Ticketing, Health Screenings, Mandatory Face Masks, Physical Distancing, Reduced Guest Capacity, and an Increased Focus on Sanitizing.

Directions and Parking

Niagara City Cruises is located in the heart of Niagara Falls, Canada just steps away from the mighty Falls. Travelling to Niagara is quite simple as it has a well-developed network of highways that allow seamless travel into and throughout the region. Although we do not have our own dedicated Parking Lot, there are ample parking options located along the Niagara Parkway, Clifton Hill, Bender Hill and surrounding areas.
