Celebrate the Easter holiday by running in the Run for Hope Easter Run Chicago, which starts at Lakefront Trails. There is a range of distances from which to choose. This Easter Run is a perfect way to spend the day outdoors for this spring holiday. You will receive a swag bag that is mailed directly to your home. It includes a t-shirt, a finisher’s medal, and access to a virtual community of runners from all over the world.

Take in the Spring Flower Show: Bee’s Knees at the Garfield Park Conservatory’s 2023 Spring Flower Show through May 14, 2023. This year’s show, “Bee’s Knees” is a peek into the wondrous relationship between bees and blooms,” according to Garfield Conservatory. You’ll see spectacular spring bulbs, including daffodils, tulips, and hyacinths among others. “Empty observation and demo hives from GPC’s beekeeping program are set amongst the blooms, giving a glimpse into the world of a bee.”
