- Wheelchair Access and Restrictions:
- Wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility are able to get on and off the London Eye. On reaching the boarding platform, the London Eye is slowed down or stopped to make boarding easier for these guests.
- Wheelchair hire is not available at the London Eye.
- Due to health and safety concerns, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. We recommend that wheelchair users email: customer.services@londoneye.com; quoting your standard ticket booking reference.
- There is a bench in the center of the capsule; however, seating is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Guest requiring assistance should purchase their standard ticket price – the accompanying carer will be free of charge and their ticket will be issued on-site at the attraction upon presentation of proof of disability.
- The Lastminuite.com London Eye is located within easy walking distance from several London Underground stations: Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross, and Westminster.
- The London Eye provides Wi-Fi via o2.
- One rotation on The London Eye will take around 30 minutes.

From the 1st of April 2023, The London Eye will operate longer hours during all weekends (Sat & Sun) and during some major school holidays (Easter: 1-16 Apr / Summer: July & August). During these selected dates the London Eye will be open from 10am to 8:30pm (instead of 11am to 6:00pm).
