Madame Tussauds 

• "Marvel Universe 4D Cinema" entry is not included in the ticket price.
• Most facilities are designed to be fully accessible and the team on-site will be able to assist where necessary. Due to the historical nature of the building, a member of the team will be required to escort wheelchair users for some parts.
• The majority of the facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible to disabled guests. However, one area, a themed ride known as the ‘Spirit of London’ which opened in 1993 is a continuously moving ride requiring some physical endeavour to board and disembark, and is therefore unfortunately not accessible to guests with limited mobility due to health and safety considerations. The trained staff will ensure that guests with disabilities are transported safely from floor to floor within the building by means of a lift.
• Wheelchair hire is available on site. Please note that this service is provided on a 'first come first-served' basis, and is subject to availability. These wheelchairs are for use solely at Madame Tussauds London for the duration of the visit and cannot be taken off-site.
• Maximum number of Wheelchairs in the Building at one time: Three
• All guests will be subject to a security check prior to entering the attraction as a condition of entry.
• Large suitcases and bags won’t be permitted into the attraction.
