We have 4 strategically located piers that allow easy access to all the main riverside attractions while ensuring less of your sightseeing time is spent waiting at a pier. 

Our flexible sightseeing ticket can be used for a single journey on any of our sightseeing routes at any time. However during busy times this does not guarantee you access to a specific boat. For greater guarantees we suggest you book at our fixed time tickets.

Average cruising time for a London sightseeing cruise from one pier to the other is 40mins except from Westminster Pier to London Eye Pier which is 10mins.

Please note: some circular tours may require a boat change at Tower Pier

UPON ARRIVAL - When you arrive for your Thames sightseeing cruise, please walk straight down onto the pier where you will be greeted by our pier staff. Have your ticket ready to be then directed to your boarding point.

You can reach us by coach with National Express, by rail with National Rail, by bus or tube.

Dress Code

Come aboard our London sightseeing cruise for a good time! We encourage casual attire that is informal and comfortable. However, we would advise against flip-flops.
