Cellhouse Audio Tour Refunds: 

For those not wishing to take the Cellhouse Audio Tour, full refunds for the Audio Tour portion of the ticket are available only on the Island. For more information, please inquire with a Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy employee on the Island. These refunds cannot be requested through the Alcatraz City Cruises Ticketbooth or the Reservation Center.

Please note: the Bay Discovery Cruise does not include access to Alcatraz Island, the Alcatraz Cellhouse, or the Cellhouse Audio Tour.
