March 18, 2020 – In these unprecedented, and challenging times, we all must do what we can to support global efforts to lessen the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
At Hornblower Cruises and Events, the health and wellbeing of our guests and team members continues to be our top priority. And while there have been no reported cases of the virus in our operations, in accordance with Government, State and local directives issued to reduce guest capacity in restaurants, bars and areas of congregation, we have taken the difficult decision to pause most of our operations globally.
We understand how disappointing this decision may be for guests that have an event planned or tickets to cruise on board one of our vessels. Our team will be in touch to reschedule these experiences for a future date. For further information, guests may complete a communication form here
Like many in these uncertain times, we are taking each day as it comes. Market conditions are constantly changing, as are the needs of each community. We are prepared to move quickly, reevaluate closures, and return to normal operations when it’s safe and legal to do so. We are currently accepting bookings in most locations from May onwards.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide more information as it becomes available. http://hornblower.com/coronavirus/
