The “Welcome To New York” event for New York Jets wide receiver Eric Decker and wife and country music star Jessie James Decker took place last night in New York City aboard the Hornblower Infinity from 7-10PM. The event helped to raise awareness and funds for the Eric & Jessie Decker Foundation. Hornblower Cruises & Events served as the official host sponsor of the event.
Additional sponsors included Visa, American Express, Castrol, Buffalo Jeans, and Modell’s. Confirmed celebrities in attendance included several of Eric Decker’s New York Jets teammates, as well as “The Bachelorette” Season 10 winner Josh Murray and his fiancé Andi Dorfman.
The Eric & Jessie Decker Foundation, through its fundraising efforts and community outreach, strives to positively impact the lives of United States military veterans and at risk children. The Decker Foundation is committed to service those who have served us, including via the rescue and training of service animals through Decker’s Dogs, as well as providing meaningful assistance to children in need of support, guidance, confidence, and love.
“We are thrilled to be in New York and this “Welcome to New York” event is a perfect way to meet Jets fans and the people of NYC and to help raise awareness as well as funds for our Eric & Jessie Decker Foundation,” said Eric Decker & Jessie James Decker ahead of the Monday night event. “We look forward to spreading our message of positively impacting the lives of United States military veterans and at risk children as well as having a great dinner cruise and concert with our fellow New Yorker’s. We are so thankful to all our sponsors, participants, celebrities and fans that are helping make this a reality and look forward to a great event.”
