Getting to the dock -- there are three potential options to access the dock for boarding:

  • Ramp access between the City Cruises Ticket Booth and Rio City Cafe *Steepness of the ramp varies by season and water level
  • Stairs access is located to the right of Rio City Cafe
  • Elevator access located at the Delta King *City Cruises does not operate this elevator and cannot guarantee its operation

Paid public parking garages are available. 

Advanced reservations are recommended. Purchases at the on-site ticket booth in Old Sacramento are accepted by credit card only and based on availability.

Casual Attire

Come aboard for a good time! We encourage casual attire that is informal and comfortable (khakis, nice jeans, dresses, casual button-ups/blouses) for your day on the water.
