The Mayor of London's New Year's Eve Fireworks event is organized by a third party and the display itself is outside the control of City Cruises. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the display, City Cruises is under no obligation to extend a refund of the ticket purchase price.

- Grandstand position on the River Thames to watch the fireworks
- 2 hours and 30 minutes VIP experience on the River Thames

- Proof of age ID will be required for anyone consuming alcohol
