Your adventure begins as we pick you up in Florence and whisk you away to the charming town of Greve. Explore the town's cobbled streets and quaint piazzas with your expert guide, who will share fascinating stories of explorers and artists who once called this region home.

From there, you'll visit a traditional butcher shop just off the main piazza that opened in 1806 and is still run by the same family! Next, you’ll follow your guide to the Museum of Wine, housed in an ancient wine cellar, for a private tour with just your group to discover the long heritage of winemaking in Chianti. 

Next, you’ll step into into a family-run wine cellar for a guided tasting with a wine educator. Savor the rich flavor notes of two of their best wines paired with delicious Tuscan schiacciata and cold cuts, and learn the secrets of the ancient work of Chianti's master salumieri. 

Finally, you'll head to a beautiful, family-run winery dedicated to organic wine production. You'll explore their wine cellar and visit the verdant vineyards as evening begins to settle over the region. Learn about the winemaking process while enjoying a final tasting of three wines paired with delicious seasonal Tuscan products.
