25th July 2022 – New in 2022, The Poole Christmas Maritime Light Festival will be taking place from Saturday 19th November 2022 through to Monday 2nd January 2023.
This new attraction will draw in a huge crowd and will be featuring dazzling illuminations that weave through Poole Town Centre from The Lighthouse to Falkland Square, along The High Street and down to Poole Quay.
Not only will there be a huge array of Maritime themed lights, there will also be musicians, Christmas market stalls and fair rides. Something for everybody to enjoy!
With the success of Bournemouth’s very popular Christmas Tree Wonderland, Poole’s lights will be an extra attraction to tourists visiting Dorset as well as a welcome addition for local residents.
Poole Sail with Santa
City Cruises will, of course, be participating in the festival and will be lighting up all their boats in Poole and holding daily Harbour & Island Cruises and then from the 2nd December, Santa will be visiting our boats every weekend and then from the 17th – 24th December to deliver presents to all those good children out there!
Christmas Party Cruise
Or for the adults, Christmas Parties are starting on the boats from the 2nd December with plenty of fun, food and festive dancing with our resident DJ. With the added attraction of the lights, then there really is no better place to celebrate the magic of Christmas than on a City Cruise Boat.
